We ask a lot from Mother Nature, and very rarely do we return the favour.

We all share one sky and one planet. One Sky Skin Care would not be what it is without recognition of and appreciation for nature and all of its awe-inspiring gifts. This is why every product you purchase raises funds to help protect, clean, understand and improve our world for everyone. There's no cap – the more you spend, the more we give.

New discoveries are continually being made that show the interconnection between everyone and everything on our planet. For example, on a recent trip to far north Queensland, I learnt about a unique bird, the cassowary. Cassowaries eat fruit and seeds from several hundred rainforest species and disperse these seeds over long distances, playing a vital role in the rainforest ecosystem. The germination rates for seeds that a cassowary has digested are 92% compared to 4% for a seed that hasn't been digested. This is just one example of how an animal’s connection to its environment contributes to our planet’s ongoing survival and regeneration.

It is so important to support and highlight the wonderful work that individual people and organisations do to ensure the conservation of our shared home. Raising awareness, supporting projects financially and getting involved in boots- on- the- ground campaigns are ways in which we can contribute to a healthier and more sustainable environment.
